Description
This print is a reproduction of a page from F. G. Heath’s “The fern portfolio”, published in 1885. Ferns were originally printed by the chromatolith printing technique. In this vintage floral art, four types of ferns were shown, all with stems and leaves naturally arranged to resemble a triangle. This additional geometry in printed shapes makes it a good decorative addition not only to settings with a rustic design but also to a space that uses geometric shapes as the main design theme. Beige background and elegant brown frame make it a welcome addition to any rustic living room or bedroom.
